Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is a proprietary blend of grape extracts
manufactured from New Zealand grown grapes and formulated
to deliver high levels of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity.
Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is formulated from the extracts of two iconic New Zealand grape varieties:
These fruit have adapted to the high levels of light and UV radiation that penetrate through New Zealand’s clean, clear skies by producing high levels of natural bioactives in their skin and seeds. For example the seeds of Marlborough’s sauvignon blanc grapes have much higher levels of antioxidants than seeds from other grape varieties from around the world. In addition the use of unfermented pinot noir skins ensures that all the bioactives are retained in the skin and have not been leached out during the wine making process.
Sustainable and Traceable
Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is produced from fruit that is grown
in sustainably managed vineyards, and is fully traceable back
to these vineyards.
Naturally Extracted
Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is naturally extracted using our 100%
Aqua Pure® process that uses only water to extract the
bioactives from these fruit. This means that the bioactives are
extracted in their natural form and not damaged by solvents,
or harsh chemical extraction methods. In addition no chemical
or solvent residues are in the final product. Freeze drying of
the final product ensures the activity of the extracts is maintained
and not destroyed.

Purity is assured from independent tests that show that Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is free from pesticides and heavy metals, and no GMOs are used at any stage of the process.

Functionality
Anti-inflammatory - Oxifend® Anti-inflamm was shown to
completely inhibit the activation of cells involved in inflammation.
This was measured as the LPS-dependent production of TNF-
a in isolated rat neutrophils.

Antioxidant - Oxifend® Anti-inflamm is a powerful antioxidant as determined from its ORAC activity compared to other fruits or antioxidants like vitamin C.
