A: All of our ingredients are extracted from New Zealand grown fruit using our unique, 100% Aqua Pure® water extraction process.

A: All ingredients have a shelf-life of 24 months.

A: In a cool (less than 25C/75F), dry place, away from direct light.

A: Yes. Most of our ingredients are 100% water soluble and work in dry and liquid formats. They can be used in an extremely wide range of products.
Q: Are they heat stable?
A: Yes. All ingredients are heat stable.
Q: Are your products organic?
A: No. Our ingredients are not certified organic. However, we do use 100% natural ingredients, sourced from New Zealand’s clean, green terrain. All fruit comes from sustainably managed vineyards and orchards which use minimum spray and pesticides. Our 100% water-based extraction process doesn’t use any harsh chemicals, so you get the purest, natural ingredients. We also test final ingredients to ensure they are pesticide-free.
